We are seeking an energetic, dedicated, hardworking and detail-oriented Litigation Law Clerk or Paralegal.
The successful candidate will have eDiscovery experience and work in either Toronto or Calgary and will interface with clients and be responsible for supporting the legal team.
Interested candidates should have at least 5+ years’ experience with an in-depth knowledge of litigation support, case management workflow implementation and best practices. Successful candidates must have post call litigation experience and have an interest in electronic discovery. Prior Relativity experience would be an asset. Strong analytical and drafting skills are also required.

Offering a competitive compensation and benefits package, candidates must be licensed by, and in good standing with, the Law Society of Upper Canada and have 5+ years litigation and eDiscovery experience.
