Senior Law Clerk
Michelle heads our litigation support and technology teams and is responsible for the implementation, use and maintenance of all eDiscovery software used by the firm as well as managing technology support and client training.
Michelle is one of the most experienced eDiscovery law clerks in the country and has specialized in the use of technology in document intensive litigation for over 30 years.
Michelle works with litigation teams and their clients to ensure appropriate technology is utilized to maximize efficiency when identifying, harvesting, reviewing and processing documents and data. Her experience as a law clerk as well as some one who has provided technology support at law firms allows her to design and implement eDiscovery best practices and play a key role in liaising between legal teams and IT staff.
Prior to joining Heuristica, Michelle was manager of electronic discovery management at one of the big four accounting firms, ran her own firm as an independent law clerk offering eDiscovery and litigation support services, and as a litigation law clerk for a national law firm.
